How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures the plant's nursery pot and protects the foliage. Every plant is inspected for health before being shipped via climate-controlled logistics to minimize stress.
What is your 30-day happiness guarantee?
If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of arrival, we will replace it for free. Just send a photo of the plant to our support team and we will get a new green friend on its way to you.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes! Every order includes a detailed digital care guide specific to your plant species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences.
Are your plants safe for pets?
We offer a wide variety of pet-friendly plants. You can easily filter our collection by 'Pet-Safe' to find non-toxic options like Calatheas, Palms, and Ferns that are safe for cats and dogs.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once a plant has been packed for transit, we are unable to make changes to ensure the health and safety of the living product.
