Candelabra Aloe (Octopus plant, Torch Aloe, Tree aloe)

Everybody loves the amazing, exotic-looking Candelabra Aloe. This structural houseplant is really well known for its medicinal qualities and uses in skincare. In it native Africa, Aloe attracts bees, birds and butterflies and is sometimes used as a living fence around livestock. A beautiful architectural plant thats really stands out.  

The biggest difference between Candelabra Aloe and regular Aloe Vera is shape and colour of the leaves, which flatter, and a gorgeous shade of blue. With its sculptural spikes, this lovely little succulent likes a warm room but it’s not at all demanding so if you’re new to houseplants then Aloe Vera might be ideal for you!

Where should I put it?

It likes high and bright light, it can take a sunny spot.

How should I water it?

You should only water between March and October - during the autumn and winter you should avoid any watering.

Should I feed it?

You can feed during the summer months - we sell our own vegan, organic plant food!

Is it suitable if I have pets?

No, it can be toxic to cats and dogs.
