Dischidia nummularia 'Ideaminubu' or 'Pangolin Kisses'

We adore this wacky plant; the Dischidia nummularia 'Ideaminubu' was first found in Singapore. Easily propagated, it's a very compact plant that grows easily. It enjoys bright light, treat it more like a succulent so let it dry out between waterings. it is a hard find but well worth adding to your collection.

Dischidia is epiphytic and grows best in a coarse, free draining soil mix or mounted as an epiphyte. It's fairly drought tolerant, so you don’t need to worry if you forget to water it from time to time…..it’s a very easy-going plant and is great if you are a beginner at houseplants. One of those mini house plants with a big personality!

This Dischidia is a real gem and just one of the many Dischidias available - have a look at Dischidia Pectanoides, which is also great for beginners.  You will soon want to start a Dischidia collection!
