Hanging Sedum Burrito Burro's Tail (Sedum Morganianum)

We love this large Burro's Tail for its fascinating foliage and refreshing look! Like its smaller brother, this wonderful succulent cascades over the edge of a hanging basket or pot in ‘tails’ or fronds of foliage which is a really stunning blue-green, almost ethereal colour. You may - if you’re lucky - even get little star-shaped flowers in summer. These tend to be red or pink - delicate and pretty and a lovely contrast to the foliage. 

Really easy care and stunning - try it tumbling out of a pot on the floor or from the top of a table. You’ll really get a sense of the exotic from this wonderful succulent. If you aren’t used to succulents then this might tempt you - we love its trailing habit and shaggy looks.

Originally hailing from Mexico and Honduras, Sedum Burrito loves the warmth of the jungle - it can’t really survive outdoors in the UK but it’s great inside the house - a super succulent that is sure to make you want to create a larger collection!

Sedum Burrito propagates easily by breaking away from the mother plant. Although we ship and wrap the plant carefully, some parts may break during the shipping process. These can be easily propagated, and it's a natural and normal occurrence. Once settled, the plant grows larger. Please ensure that you understand this before purchasing, as propagating plants may require some patience and care.
